Refund and exchange policy

Thank you for choosing Bearfut! We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. Below are our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return and refund period

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 calendar days after the delivery date. After this period, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges

For your return or exchange to be eligible, the product must meet the following conditions:

• Product Condition: The item must be unused , in the same condition that you received it, and with the original packaging intact .
• Documentation: It is mandatory to present the purchase receipt or invoice.
• Exclusions: Only items purchased at regular price will be refunded. Promotional, discounted, or clearance items are non-refundable.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the value of your return.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the regulations applicable in Colombia, you have a period of five (5) business days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal.

• Conditions: The product must be returned by the same means and in the same conditions in which it was delivered.
• Costs: The customer will be responsible for shipping costs and other expenses associated with the return.
• Refunds: The full value of the product will be refunded within 30 calendar days , with no withholdings or discounts.

Changes (if applicable)

We accept changes only in the following cases:

• If the item is defective or arrived damaged .

To request an exchange for the same model and size, please email us at soporte@bearfut.com . The product must be sent to the following address:

Exceptions

Refunds and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

• Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
• Items returned after 30 calendar days from delivery.

Return and refund process

1. Receiving and Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will send you an email notifying you of receipt and the inspection status.
2. Approval or rejection: If the return meets the criteria, we'll process your refund. If not, we'll inform you of the reasons for the rejection.
3. Refund: The refund will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within 10 to 14 business days. The exact time may vary depending on the bank or payment method used.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe:

1. Please check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card issuer or payment method provider.

Shipping costs

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount.
• We don't guarantee receipt of your returned item; we recommend using a courier service with a tracking number.

Delivery times for changes

Delivery times for replaced products may vary depending on your location.
