Refund and exchange policy

Thank you for choosing Bearfut! We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. Below are our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Return and refund period

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 calendar days after the delivery date. After this period, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.


Eligibility for refunds and exchanges

For your return or exchange to be eligible, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Product Condition: The item must be unused , in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original, intact packaging.
  • Documentation: A purchase receipt or invoice is required.
  • Exclusions: Only items purchased at regular price are elegible for a refund. Products on sale, discounted, or clearance are non-refundable.

If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and send directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the value of your return.


Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Colombian regulations, you have five (5) business days from the receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal.

  • Conditions: The product must be returned by the same means and in the same condition in which it was delivered.
  • Costs: The customer is responsible for transportation and any associated return costs.
  • Refunds: The full product amount will be refunded within a period of up to 30 calendar days , with no deductions or withholdings.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We accept exchanges only in the following cases:

  • If the item is defective or arrived damaged .
To request an exchange for the same model and size, please email us at soporte@bearfut.com. The product must be sent to the following address:

Exceptions

Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that are not in their original condition are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
  • Items returned more than 30 calendar days after delivery.

Return and refund process

  1. Receiving and Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will notify you via email regarding its receipt and the inspection results.
  2. Approval or rejection: If the return meets the criteria, we will process your refund. If not, we will inform you of the reasons for rejection.
  3. Refund: Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 to 14 business days. The exact time may vary depending on the bank or payment method used.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated period:
  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer or payment provider.
  3. If the issue persists, email us at soporte@bearfut.com.

Shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount.
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item; we recommend using a courier service with tracking.

Exchanges delivery times

Delivery times for replacement products may vary depending on your location.
