To ensure a proper fit, measure your child's foot from heel to longest toe and add 0.4 to 1.2 cm for growth. See our size guide to find the correct size.
It's advisable to measure your little one's feet every 2-4 months, as children's feet grow rapidly, especially in the early stages of development. However, the optimal frequency will depend on your little one's age.
Our sizes are based on international standards; however, since Bearfuts have an ergonomic fit, it's recommended to consult our specific size chart to ensure the best fit.
If your child's foot measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size to ensure comfort and allow for natural foot growth.
Yes, our removable insoles feature a design that helps verify the correct size and makes it easier for children to identify the correct shoe for each foot, encouraging their independence.
Proper footwear should allow your toes to move freely without restriction, but not be so large that your foot slips. Make sure there's a small amount of space (between 4 and 12 mm) between your longest toe and the end of the shoe.
You can request an exchange or return within the first 30 days, as long as the shoes and packaging are in good condition. See our return policy for more details.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Domestic shipments generally take between 3 and 7 business days. However, if you're in Bogotá, delivery could take overnight.

4. Cleaning and care

Clean them easily with a soft, damp cloth. For tougher stains, use a mild soap and air dry, avoiding direct sunlight.
It is not recommended to wash shoes in the washing machine, as this could damage the materials and affect their durability.
Our shoes are ready to wear upon receipt. However, if you wish, you can apply a specific leather protector to prolong their lifespan.
Yes, you can use them occasionally. However, continued use can wear down the leather and isn't the most environmentally friendly option.
Store shoes in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to avoid damage to the materials.
If your shoes get wet, dry them at room temperature and avoid exposing them to direct sunlight or heat sources, as this can damage the leather.
5. Payment information

We accept credit and debit cards, as well as payments through online platforms. You can also pay via Nequi transfers, or if you prefer to pay in installments, you can do so through ADDI.
We currently do not offer cash on delivery. All orders must be paid online at the time of purchase.
