Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Daily Cleaning: Use a damp cloth or soft sponge to remove surface dirt from the leather and sole. Avoid immersing them in water or using harsh detergents.

• Moisturize the leather: Apply a chemical-free, specific NAPPA leather conditioner every month or as needed to preserve its softness and appearance.

• Proper drying: If they get wet, dry them at room temperature, away from direct heat sources such as hairdryers or radiators, to avoid damaging the material.

• Care for the sole: Clean the rubber sole with a soft brush and warm water if necessary.

• Storage: Store the shoes in a cool, dry place to avoid deformation or damage to the leather.

At Bearfut, we want to guarantee your satisfaction, which is why we offer a clear and fair return policy:

• Return Period: You can return or exchange your product within 30 calendar days of the date of receipt, as long as it meets the specified conditions.

• Conditions to apply: The product must be unused and accompanied by its original packaging, which must be in good condition (no tears, stains, or rips). It must include all accessories and additional materials delivered at the time of purchase.

• Return Process: Email us at soporte@bearfut.com with your order number, reason for the return, and photos of the product (if applicable). We will send you a shipping guide. Bearfut will only cover the costs of this in the case of defective products or shipping errors.

• Refunds: Once the product is received and approved after inspection, we will process your refund within 10 to 14 business days. The exact time may vary depending on the bank or payment method used. The refund will be made to the original payment method.

• Exceptions: Returns are not accepted for products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or without original packaging in optimal condition.
