Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Daily Cleaning: Use a damp cloth or soft sponge to remove surface dirt from the leather and sole. Avoid immersing them in water or using harsh detergents.
• Moisturize the Leather: Apply a chemical-free NAPPA leather conditioner every month or as needed to preserve their softness and appearance.
• Proper Drying: If they get wet, dry them at room temperature, away from direct heat sources such as hairdryers or radiators, to avoid damaging the material.
• Sole Care: Clean the rubber sole with a soft brush and warm water if necessary.
• Storage: Store shoes in a cool, dry place to avoid deformation or damage to the leather.

• Return Period: You can return or exchange your product within 30 calendar days of receipt, as long as it meets the specified conditions.
• Conditions: The product must be unused and accompanied by its original packaging, which must be in good condition (no rips, stains, or tears). It must include all accessories and additional materials provided at the time of purchase.
• Return Process: Write to us at soporte@bearfut.com with your order number, reason for the return, and photos of the product (if applicable). We will send you a shipping guide. Bearfut will cover shipping costs only in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
• Refunds: Once the product is received and approved after inspection, we will process your refund within 10 to 14 business days. The exact time may vary depending on the bank or payment method used. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
